600篇利用PAM发表的"水生生物学与海洋生物学"文献       

调制叶绿素荧光(PAM)技术做为测量微藻、大藻、水生植物光合作用的zui简便有效的方法,在水生生物学与海洋生物学界得到了非常广泛的应用。主要应用领域包括藻类生理学、藻类生态学、海洋学、湖沼学、水域生态学、藻华研究、浮游植物生态学、大洋生态学、潮间带生态学、珊瑚研究、湿地生态学、底栖藻类研究、消落带生态研究、藻类毒理学、环境科学、污染生态学、突变株筛选、微藻生物技术、变化研究等等,发表了大量高水平文献。

这些技术不仅包括专为水生生物学与海洋生物学研究所设计的浮游植物分类荧光仪PHYTO-PAM、水样荧光仪WATER-PAM、水下荧光仪DIVING-PAM等,就是为高等植物设计的荧光仪如PAM-2100、MINI-PAM、IMAGING-PAM、DUAL-PAM-100、PAM-100等也常被用于水生生物学与海洋生物学研究。
